Wellness Yoga and Pilates
Wellness Yoga classes are offered at FIMA every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 to 8:00 am and from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The classes are taught by Nicole Faustini, who is yoga and Pilates certified.
Classes may be purchased in packets of 5, 10, or 20 classes. Yoga has many benefits which include:
• Increased energy level
• Increased tissue circulation
• Relaxed organ systems
• Optimum organ functions
• Balancing hormones
Nicole also teaches private lessons on the pilates reformer. A great workout for developing strength and flexibility. The reformer is also excellent for rehabilitative work.
