Sport-Specific Speed, Agility & Strength Training:
One’s ability to move with speed, quickness, and explosiveness is a key element to performance in any sport. An athlete that moves well and efficiently will become a superior athlete, working at their optimum level of proficiency. There is no magical solution to becoming a better athlete. It takes proper knowledge and a full-circle approach to training to achieve one’s athletic goals. At Faustini’s Institute, our instructors not only want you to become a better athlete, we want you to become a smarter athlete.
Our Speed, Agility & Strength Training Program is a full-circle performance based training that incorporates the following:
- Techniques to improve running, speed, and agility
- Visualization and motivational skills to enhance performance
- Proper body mechanics and movement to increase speed and explosiveness
- Muscle conditioning and resistance training to develop and improve relative body strength
- Nutritional guidance to enhance overall athletic performance and knowledge
