All of the
fitness programs at FIMA are small, personal and intimate. We make it
a priority to know your goals and help you achieve them. You have
everything to gain and absolutely nothing to lose except unwanted body

TTTotal Body Conditioning:
This is FIMA’s flagship co-ed fitness
class that has been in existence since 2002. This unique boot camp
60-minute fitness class is full circle and focuses on 4 major elements
to achieve optimum health. Resistance training, cardiovascular
training, flexibility and nutrition. You provide the body, FIMA
provides the knowledge and motivation you need to excel and achieve
your fitness goals and optimum health. Morning and evening classes
are available. Morning classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday. Two classes are offered. One at 9:00 am, followed immediately
by the 10:00 am class. Saturday’s class is at 11:00 am. Evening
classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The TBC
program is 10 weeks long and cost $330 for 3x per week and $220 for 2x
per week.
FIMA Youth Fitness Program
"Fitness with Faustini":
Exercise is an important part of your
child’s life. It has a tremendous impact on physical, intellectual,
and emotional development. As adults, we have a responsibility to be
role models for our children, sharing with them the pleasures and
benefits of a physically active lifestyle. Developing the habit of
regular physical activity as a child will be the foundation for a
long, healthy life.
We want you to have the opportunity to
give your child this wonderful gift—one of health, high self-esteem,
and a feeling of accomplishment. This is why “Fitness With Faustini”
was developed. This is our Youth Fitness program that promotes healthy
lifestyle habits and encourages adolescents to make their health a
lifelong priority. By teaching children healthy living with a hands-on
approach, they will develop the tools to help them learn and maintain
healthy habits into their adult lives.

The program is designed for children
of all levels ages 6-12. Classes are personally taught by Sensei
Faustini and include warm-up, stretching, strength exercises, agility
drills and aerobic games. Besides his martial arts background, Sensei
was a 3 time National Olympic Weightlifting Champion, and is a
certified speed, strength, and agility trainer. Classes are taught in
a 10 week session, students attend 2 classes per week. and are 1 hour
long. They are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:45 pm to 4:45
pm. Cost of the program is $220 and it is limited to 12 participants.
Women's Defensive Fitness:
Woman’s Defensive Fitness is a 60 -minute
self-defense and fitness workout. The class consist primarily of
kick-boxing and weight training along with basic self defense skills
and overall conditioning. This is a unique class designed to:
• Increase bone density
• Increase lean muscle mass
• Increase overall body strength
• Improve body fat composition
• Promote a healthy lifestyle
• Teach basic self-defense and self-awareness
Classes are offered on Tuesday and
Friday afternoon from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. This program is 10 weeks long
with a cost of $240 and is limited to 10 students.
Men's Combative Fitness:
Men’s Combative Fitness
incorporates self-defense skills and fitness training into a solid 1
hour long great workout. The class consist of kickboxing and weight
training with free weights. This is not a martial arts program: it is
a unique curriculum developed to:
• Increase relative body strength
• Increase cardiovascular capacity
• Increase flexibility and joint movement
• Reduce stress
• Teach self defense skills
• Enhance overall healthy lifestyle
Classes are offered on Tuesday and
Thursday morning from 7:00 am to 8:00 am and evenings from 7:30 pm to
8:30 pm. This program is 10 weeks long with a cost of $240.
Participation is exclusively for men and limited to 12 students per
session.
Girl Power
Hour:
FIMA's Girl Power Hour is a 60-minute self-defense and fitness workout
designed for teens, ages 13 to 17. The class consist primarily of
kick-boxing, hands on self-defense, weight training, and overall
conditioning drills. This is a unique class designed to:
• Promote a positive body image
• Increase lean muscle mass
• Increase relative body strength
• Teach self-defense skills
• Enhance one's level of assertiveness
• Promote and overall healthy lifestyle
Classes are offered on Tuesday and
Thursday 4:45 pm to 5:45pm. This program is 10 weeks long with a cost
of $220 (2x per week) or $110 (1x per week). Participation is
exclusively for teens and limited to 12 students per session.
Fit in 5:
This new FIMA fitness program consist of 5-30 minute personal training
sessions with Sensei over a 5 week period.
Each workout is designed specifically to
meet your personal needs and objectives. After each session, Sensei
e-mails you the workout. You will then do this same workout at home
for 2 more sessions during the week. Each workout is different, so
that at the end of the 5 weeks you have 5 workouts designed for you
that you can continuously rotate during your at home workout sessions.
Remember, these workouts are designed to be be effective and
efficient. You only need 3– 30 minute blocks of time each week to
start your journey to a healthier. A good exercise program helps you
fight high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar.
Program cost is $200 and it includes a
FREE fitness and nutritional consultation before the first training
session.
Wellness Yoga:
Wellness
Yoga classes are offered at FIMA every Tuesday and
Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 am. The classes will be taught by Jeannie
Kim. Jeannie has over 20 years of teaching experience. Yoga has many
benefits which include:
